Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bhupinder Kumar Sekhri as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval, along with plans for management designation and fund raising of up to 150 Crores through Qualified Institutions Placement.
