Timken India Limited reported record Q1 FY 25 revenues of INR 784 crores, with PBT margins at 16.6%, while the promoters reduced their stake by 6.6% to 51.05%. The company is on track to complete its new facility in Bharuch this year and will start production in early January of the next year.
