Thyrocare Technologies Ltd's Board has approved a Bonus Issue of 2 additional shares for every 1 existing share (2:1 ratio) and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 7 per share as part of its Silver Jubilee celebrations. The increase in authorized capital from Rs. 100 Crores to Rs. 300 Crores was also recommended, pending shareholder approval.
