TD Power Systems Ltd. has approved the grant of 98,910 ESARs to eligible employees under its Equity Based Compensation Plan. 3,99,216 ESARs were granted in 2019, out of which 19,782 lapsed and were adjusted as 98,910 ESARs with a face value of Rs. 2 each. The exercise price per ESAR is Rs. 2 per share, with a base price per ESAR of Rs. 127.35. 3,73,863 ESARs have been exercised, resulting in a money realization of Rs. 30,06,062/- and the issuance of 3,00,606 shares. The ESARs will vest over a period of 3 years.
