TCC Concept Ltd has acquired an additional 9,225 compulsorily convertible preference shares and 14,52,527 equity shares of Pepperfry Limited, bringing its total stake to 98.98%. The company will also increase its preferential issue to 1,18,55,560 equity shares to help fund this acquisition, pending shareholder approval.
