Mr. Vivek Vishwanathan and Ms. Radhika Viswanathan Hoon, Promoter and member of the Promoter Group, have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Triveni Engineering and Industries Limited to sell their entire shareholding in Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Limited.
