Spectrum Talent Management Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation to provide industry-relevant skill training for unemployed and underemployed women in Rajasthan, under the Mukhya Mantri Naari Shakti Kaushal Samarthaya Yojana.
