Mr. Narendra Kumar Pasari has been appointed as Whole-time Director and Executive Chairman effective August 22, 2025, while Mr. Naynesh Pasari's designation changes to Managing Director from the same date until August 9, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM on September 29, 2025.
