SEAMEC LTD. reported that its wholly owned subsidiary, SEAMEC International FZEs vessel SEAMEC GALLANT, was wrongfully arrested by a court in Fujairah due to a dispute over bunker payments; the subsidiary is taking steps to challenge this action and secure the vessels release.
