Sancode Technologies Limited has informed BSE that Sanfin Technologies Private Limited has been incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, in which Sancode Technologies holds 50% of the Shareholding of the said Company, becoming a Joint Venture of the Company upon its incorporation.
