Rossell India Ltd. approved the cancellation of 2,47,31,795 equity shares held by BMG Enterprises Limited and will allot the same number of new fully paid equity shares to BMGs shareholders, maintaining the total paid-up share capital at 3,76,96,475 shares of Rs.2 each.
