Dr. Manoj Kumar Jhawar has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of PTC India Ltd effective immediately, with a term until the age of 60. An interim dividend of 50% (Rs. 5/- per share) has also been declared, with a record date of May 5, 2025.
