PNB Housing Finance Ltd has granted 30,000 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) to its eligible employees under the ESOP Scheme II 2018, with an exercise price of INR 758.70 each, to incentivize and retain talent. The ESOPs will vest over four years starting from the grant date.
