Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Ltd has approved the allotment of 1,72,800 equity shares on a preferential basis, increasing the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company. The allotment has been made in accordance with SEBI regulations and the shares will be listed on BSE Limited.
