NTC Industries Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Avijit Maity as Additional Director in the category of Executive Managing Director and the appointment of Mr. Pallab Bhadra, Mr. Binod Kumar Anchalia, and Mr. Sharad Kumar Bachhawat as Additional Directors in the category of Non-executive Independent. Mr. Niraj Sinha has also tendered his resignation as Non-executive Independent Director.
