Nirav Commercials Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Shri Lalit Kumar Daga as Director at the 40th AGM held on 2nd September 2025, with the approval reported on 3rd September 2025. The appointment of Secretarial Auditor and the re-appointment of Statutory Auditors for five years were also approved.
