Morgan Ventures Ltd. disclosed that the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation revoked their lease agreement for industrial plots totaling 76,483 sq. mtrs., valued at approximately Rs. 20 crore, but the company has filed a writ petition in the Bombay High Court to contest this action, and retains physical possession of the land for now.
