At the 29th AGM on July 23, 2025, shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Diwakar Gupta as an Independent Director for another term from December 1, 2025, to July 24, 2028, and appointed M/s. Siroya and BA Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
