Manugraph India Ltd. has reached a settlement with the Manugraph Employees Union, allowing the retirement of 124 employees and 130 additional employees over 55 years old, resulting in a workforce reduction from 257 to 727. The company will pay about Rs. 11 Crores in total settlements, saving approximately Rs. 55 Lakhs monthly starting October 2024.
