Manbro Industries Ltd announced an open offer for up to 26.39 lakh shares, representing 26.00% of its expanded voting share capital, at a total consideration of ₹27.30 crore and an additional issue of 15.50 lakh convertible warrants at a consideration of ₹10.08 crore, following a share subscription agreement with the Goenka family members.
