LT Foods Ltd has executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Global Green International N.V., which includes its entire shareholding in three step-down subsidiaries, for a total cash consideration of EUR 6 million, with an additional EUR 1.8 million contingent upon future earnings. Completion of this acquisition is expected in Q3 FY2025-26, subject to regulatory approvals.
