Jubilant Pharmovas subsidiary, Jubilant Biosys Innovative Research Services, is acquiring an 80% stake in Jasmin, a new French company from Pierre Fabre, which includes an R&D center and approximately 40 employees to expand its Biologics and ADCs services for the European market.
