ICICI Bank has allotted 1,185,510 equity shares of Rs 2 each under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme-2000, approved by two Executive Directors at 10:45 a.m. on January 13, 2026. The move increases equity via ESOP allotment under the program.
