Hindustan Composites Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Snehal Natvarlal Muzoomdar as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years and the re-appointment of Mr. Lalit Kumar Bararia and Mrs. Preeti Agrawal as Non-Executive Independent Directors for another five years each. Additionally, Mr. P. K. Choudhary was re-appointed as Managing Director for three years starting from July 1, 2024.
