Goodluck India Ltds wholly owned subsidiary, Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Private Limited, raised Rs. 136.50 cr. through a preferential issue, resulting in a change of status to a subsidiary company. The funds will be used to establish a new facility for forging and machining in the Defence & Aerospace Industry.
