Finkurve Financial Services Ltd has announced the allotment of 97,500 equity shares under its Employee Stock Options Scheme (ESOS) in addition to a preferential allotment of 80,44,100 equity shares and 51,28,105 share warrants, effective May 13, 2025, which increases the total paid-up capital from 13,18,77,606 to 14,00,19,206.
