Dhani Services Ltd has announced the effectiveness of its Scheme of Arrangement effective from October 14, 2025, and set the Record Date as October 28, 2025, for shareholders to receive shares in Yaari at a specified exchange ratio. Shareholders will receive 294 equity shares of Yaari for every 100 fully paid shares of Dhani Services, while 162 shares will be exchanged for every 100 partly paid shares.
