Chemfab Alkalis Ltd's Board has approved the reappointment of M/s. Madhavan, Mohan & Associates as cost auditor and M/s. Brahmayya & Co as internal auditor for FY 2025-2026, and recommended M/s. M. Damodaran & Associates LLP as secretarial auditor for a five-year term; shareholders to approve at the AGM. Also, they reported a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share for FY 2025-2026.
