At the Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2025, shareholders approved the reappointment of Ms. Parvathy Venkatesh as an Independent Director starting May 28, 2026, and Mr. Abhishek Malik as a Whole Time Director starting February 1, 2026, both for a second term lasting five years.
