Barak Valley Cements Ltd. has appointed Mr. Nishant Garodia as a Non-Executive Director and Mr. Vaibhav Arora, Mrs. Vandana Agarwal, and Mrs. Poonam Gupta as Independent Directors, all confirmed during the AGM on September 30, 2024, with each eligible for two terms of five consecutive years.
