Banaras Beads Ltd clarified that there was a significant price movement of their shares recently, stating that promoters have not sold or purchased shares since a long time, and the company recently acquired property for Rs. 6.76 crore funded by a loan of Rs. 7.56 crore from HDFC Bank.
