Alicon Castalloy Limited has entered into an agreement with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions and Clean Max Uno for subscribing 26% of the Equity Capital of Clean Max Uno and has also entered into Power Purchase Agreement with the Clean Max Uno for purchase of solar power.
