3M India Ltd has received a tax settlement certificate for FY 2010-11 under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, and the total tax payable is Rs. 12.11 Cr, which will be adjusted against refunds. Earlier Form 2 certificates for FY 2011-12 and FY 2013-14 were also communicated.
