On May 15, 2025, InMode Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting where shareholders re-elected Mr. Moshe Mizrahy and Mr. Michael Kreindel as directors and approved the appointment of Kesselman & Kesselman as independent auditors for 2025. Additionally, they granted 7,000 restricted share units to three directors, contingent on continued service until their vesting dates in 2026 and 2027.
